State of the Union - stupid or jackasses?

First, I need to say that the state of the union when President Obama took office was in very bad shape. George Bush, Congress and our politicians in general forced the American people into bankruptcy, the war in Iraq should never have happened and they allowed criminals, i.e. the banks, to steal from We the People.

My comments in regards to the President have everything to do with his promises to the American people, and the job he is doing.

It’s easy to make promises during an election, and Obama made many that I knew he couldn’t pull off, and the work he is doing for the country is nothing more than sub standard. Let’s review some of the issues at hand.

1 – The recovery of the nation’s economy has been retarded. We are spending billions of dollars to create short-term jobs fixing government buildings, streets, etc. that will end as fast as the last dime is spent. The only way to create jobs, is to support the small businesses of America. We should have invested money into start up companies, and offered loans to businesses to re-tool and enhance their products to become more competitive in the world market.

2 – The bank bailout should have forced the banks to change their ways. Instead, the banks took our money and are spending it any way they want. The banks continue to pay themselves excessively while still over charging us in fees, in the billions of dollars each year. This bail out was nothing more than poor thinking on behalf of Congress, with the banks laughing all the way to the bank!

3 – The Auto industry bailout just paid the labor unions back for supporting the President during the election. Remember, just after the election the unions stood up and said that they got the President elected and if he doesn’t do what they want, they can get him unelected. Well, a few months later, the unions own GM, and they shut up. Its public knowledge that the President has had long relationships with the unions, and definitely in bed with them – that scares me!

4 – The President promised to bring the troops home from Iraq within 16 months. Well, all of us with the IQ over 30 knew that was bullshit, impossible to do. The President knew that was bullshit, and said it anyway to get votes. We all want the troops home, but why lie about it for self promotion to an election position.

5 – The whole push to close GITMO makes no sense to me. It’s a military base overlooking Cuba, ruled by a communist, and a great place to house terrest who want Americans dead. The big stink over water-boarding, BFD – BFD – BFD!!! If I got my hands on those assholes. Water-boarding would be the least of their problems – THEY KILLED 3000 people, plus we have lost over 4000 troops because of them. Now they want to move them to the state of IL, WTF!!! If we‘re going to keep them, keep them at GITMO you jackass!!!, meaning the President.

6 – We now pay over $3 per gallon for gasoline here in California. The pre-election drop in gas went back up. The issue of controlling gas prices has just gone away. The President and Congress will never allow Americans to use their own oil. Hey Assholes, you work for us, remember!

7 – This healthcare bill is completely retarded. The President and Pelosi want socialized medicine and plan to spend trillions of dollars to get it going. We don’t need or want socialized medicine, we want to fix our great healthcare system by working together with the healthcare industry to lower costs. The President, and that bitch Pelosi, could have written a bill that would have fixed the system, instead they want to socialize it. We don’t want the federal government controlling our lives, back off asshole!!

In conclusion, I have to say that it’s not just the President. Pelosi is a complete self-serving bitch, and she has been wearing the pants in the family. Congress doesn’t know how to tie their own shoes, and republicans have nothing to add, or anything better to introduce to counter the liberals. The republican’s healthcare solutions are as retards as the President’s.

It’s obvious, DC has sold out the American people!

Bank Bosses - the cause of our resession!

The mortgage scam and excessive banking fees have basically bankrupt the American way of life. It’s important to understand that at the end of the day, all those bad loans had to be approved by the bank which forked out the money – meaning the banks were right in the middle of the scam.

Ok, it’s kind of simple! The banks raise the value of homes, and then grant families that would normally not qualify financing. Those poor SOB’s work their asses off to make the payments, for it’s the American dream to own a home. Loans are double, maybe triple what they used to be, the banks are raking in the money, greed at its finest.

I saw this happening in the as early as 2001. Homes in Orange County CA were selling for up to three times there real value, and they were selling in days. People were getting loans well over their means. Mortgage brokers were becoming rich, and the banks were approving everything. Why wouldn’t they, collecting payments 3 times the value!

Well, what the banks didn’t count on, is a recession, that would force families to miss payments because one or more family members loss their jobs. If there’s no paycheck, there’s no house payment made. Basically, the banks get there asses kicked.

Then, the assholes ask the American people for a bail out, a bail out that we are forced to give them. See, if a bank goes out of business, the take all the money with them, screwing the deposits of, yes again, the American people.

These same banks, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Chase, to name a few, also worked to slowly put into place an overdraft and NSF fee system that would take Americans for everything they had, when the opportunity was right. These banks were left alone, by Congress, to create policies that would force customers to pay excessive fees or else! Extreme power in the hands of very greedy individuals. US banks earn about forty (40) billion dollars a year in overdraft/NSF fees.

US bank owners and the executives earning tens of millions of dollars a year are the cause of our recession, the cause of why many Americans don’t have the money to put food on the table, the cause of why so many Americans have lost the American dream. To put it lightly, they’re laughing all the way to the bank.

What really bothers me about this issue is that Congress, which has had the authority since 1978 to regulate the banks, have been NOTHING to protect us against these criminals. Both parties, all the Presidents, every Congressman, Every Speaker of the House, for the past twenty years has sold us out.

Fuck the “tea parties”; we need some “lynch mobs”. Seriously, these are crimes against the American way of life.

What you can do to help! The best way to help is to write your congressman. I have an inside on this and they do read their emails, well someone in the office does. See, they want to get re-elected, so they will act on an issue if a lot of people in their district complain. The only way to fix America is to speak out and let the jackasses in DC know how we feel.

Healthcare Reform or Retarded Healthcare

The ONLY way to reform the US healthcare industry, is to insure 100% of the people living here in the United States, so that every time a person visits a hospital, the hospital gets paid for services. See, the more the hospital gets paid, the more they can reduce the fees charged for procedures. The current bill in Congress will leave millions of people living here in the US without medical insurance, which will force hospitals to continue charging higher fees for procedures. This bill will soon become a socialized form of healthcare that will cost us all in increased taxes and poor quality of the delivery of medicine.

The current bill is being written by a small handful of liberal politicians, in favor of socialized healthcare, please let it be noted, politicians with zero background and/or knowledge of how a healthcare system should operate. If this bill passes, we are all in a world of hurt, seriously right?

OK, this is all that we need to do! Mandate that every employer in America offer healthcare to all their employees, they pay half, the employee pays half. This would include illegal aliens that work (most of them here in the US). If we the people can guarantee that everyone in America have healthcare coverage, the hospitals, doctors, clinics, drug companies, etc, would agree to lower fees for procedures, even as low of ½ the current rates. If we cut the cost in half, families would be $400 a month, $200 of that paid for by the employer of the head of household, costing each family $50 a week – BFD!

No public plan, no trillions of dollars spent, just smart thinking. I would also add a small tax to alcohol and drug exports. See, that a smart, solid plan, the details would follow. How is it possible that one guy, a single regular guy on the street, can think through a healthcare solution better than the 500 elected politicians in DC, well, duh lol.

WAKE UP AMERICA!!!! Don’t let the jackasses in DC screw up our healthcare.

Bank Scams, is the US Government that stupid!

OMG, where do I start LOL. Well, the fact of the matter is that the banks earn about forty (40) billion dollars each year in overdraft fees. The banks have been trusted, by the federal government, to create their own set of rules when it comes to overdrive and NSF procedures, which have been raping the American people for the past twenty years. It’s important to understand that these practices have been public knowledge and Congress, the politicians we have elected and trusted to protect us, have allowed the greedy, self-serving banking executives to bankrupt America.

So, after twenty years of raping their own customers, US banks will be required to allow customers to opt out of automatic overdraft fees for debit card use, starting July of 2010. See, the banks have created a policy that pays debit card charges when you don’t have money in your checking account, charging you a $35 per transaction fee for doing so. For example, if you buy a $10 happy meal, and you only have $5 in the bank, the bank will pay the $5 you don’t have and charge you $35 for doing so. Well, starting July 2010, bank customers can opt out of this wonderful service, and only use the money they actually have in the bank to buy stuff.

Well, this may seem like the feds hand-slapping the banks for being bad guys, but the reality of the matter is that, this scenario is so miner compared to the games banks play with our money and fees, and this hand-slap does nothing to the banks and how much they rip us off. Let me explain…….

The real cause of excessive fees is how the banks pay checks and debit transactions in the middle of the night. The policy is to pay the largest amounts first and the lowest amounts last. In cases where you don’t have enough money to cover all the transactions, the bank gets to charge overdrive or NSF fees to more transactions then they really should be charging.

For example: You purchase 20 items over the weekend for lets say $10 each, and you had $200 in your account to cover all the transactions, at the time of purchase. That leaves you with a zero balance. Then you make a $100 payment, which gives you a -$100 balance. Over night, the bank pays the $100 charge first, and then pays the smaller amounts last, meaning that 10 $10 transactions become NSF. The bank pays the transactions and charges you $35 for each of the 10 transactions, costing you $350. You end up paying the bank $35 for each $10 item they pay. As I recall, people went to jail for loan sharking!

Well, in the real world, the bank should have returned the $100 transaction NSF and charged you $35, or paid the transaction with a $35 overdraft fee.

US banks have these policies in place and handled automatically in the middle of the night. Branch managers and telephone agents are prohibited from reversing these charges. If you refuse to pay the charges, the bank has the legal right to close your account and report you to credit agencies, which all the banks use to deny service. If you don’t pay the fees, you’ll never have a banking account again, from any other bank.

In an interview with a Wells Fargo Bank customer service agent, they stated that these rules are the rules, there are no exceptions. Well, I remember watching the hearings after WWII when German officers, who killed thousands and thousands of human souls, would say “I was just following orders” when asked why they killed people. Because a company (or bank) makes a rule or policy, that doesn’t mean that, it’s right or even legal. The US government has had the authority to control these rules far back as 1978.

I could in no way live with myself, knowing that the bank I owned, or operated, robbed hard working Americans as described above. The banking executives that created these rules earn tens of millions of dollars a year in salaries. They sit in their big houses, eating filet and lobster with smiles on their faces. People, please understand one thing – these are not nice guys and they have scammed the system to allow excessive charging of fees to the American people.

To make it all so much worse, the people we elect to protect us against criminals like this, have done NOTHING to protect us. This tells a regular guy on the street, like me, that either our elected officials are retarded or in bed with the bankers. There can be no other explanation.

Banks must be ordered to pay transactions as they hit the bank, and return transactions that are truly NSF, with a fee. Checks should be processed to pay as many as they can, with the available funds. Banking executives should be charged with crimes against the American people.

This issue should make the American people made enough to form lynch mobs that door kick the homes of these criminals. We should be firing all in-service members of Congress. To say it lightly, boys, we’re been getting fucked and without a condom, at a cost to the American people of 40,000,000,000 a year.
